MAG520w3 includes the high-performance Amlogic S905X2 chipset and the ARM Cortex-A53 CPU. This hardware makes the STB 25% more powerful than legacy MAG devices. Users can watch their favorite shows and movies without having to worry about restarting the media player for months at a time.

It supports the latest video formats, such as 4K HDR at 60 frames per second. Due to its high efficiency, the H.265 (HEVC) video codec allows for a smooth viewing experience even with little bandwidth. Dolby Digital Plus™ eight-channel surround sound provides a resonant and thrilling listening experience.

MAG520w3 connects to the Internet via a 100 Mbit/s Ethernet connector or a built-in Wi-Fi adapter. USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports enable the use of mice and keyboards with the device.

Connect to your Internet provider’s IPTV/OTT service or subscribe to an external operator that provides this service to watch video and listen to audio content. Also, you can load your M3U, M3U8, PLS, or CUE playlists to the STB, while their content will be loaded from the Internet automatically.
A server in your local network or external storage, such as a hard drive, are possible alternative content sources.

MAG STBs are compatible with any TV that has an HDMI port. The devices can work with older TVs equipped with composite RCA connectors, but you will need an additional adapter to connect them.
